About Shipping

The delivery date will vary depending on the product you order, but we will deliver it to you within a week at the latest.

If there is any delay in shipping, we will contact you by email.

Nationwide (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands) ¥800 (tax included)

Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: ¥1,100 (tax included)

Shipping method

We will ship via Yamato Transport.

Returns Policy

Please note that due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons, except in cases where the product is defective.

If the product you received is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us via the inquiry form within one week of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

・Return shipping and handling fees

If the product is defective upon delivery, we will cover the cost. If the defect is due to customer reasons, the customer will be responsible for the cost.

・Refunds

We will refund you within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
